Project Overview
This job covered all 15 front-facing windows at a Park Slope property on 9th Street. The existing exterior trim around each window had deteriorated and needed to come out completely before any new work could go in.
Once the damaged trim was removed, new trim was installed across all 15 openings. Brown color metal capping was then fitted around each window to protect the trim and give the facade a clean, finished look. Brown caulking was applied throughout to seal every joint and edge against moisture.
All materials and labor were supplied by the contractor. The site was left clean with all job-related debris removed on completion.
