Project Overview
This job covered a full three-side backyard fence replacement at 120 Park Place in Park Slope, Brooklyn. Before the new fence could go in, an existing tree needed to be removed to clear the way.
The new fence stands 6 feet tall and runs on 4x4 columns set every 6 feet. Between those, 2x4 severe weather-grade lumber was used for the horizontal rails, with vertical boards installed every 8 feet for added structure. Each post was set in a 2-foot concrete foundation to keep everything solid and level over time.
The result is a clean, well-built wooden fence that defines the yard on all three sides and is built to hold up through harsh New York winters.
