Project Overview
This Windsor Terrace property needed serious attention on its front façade. Cracked and damaged bricks were removed across the full height of the building and replaced with new brick matched to the original color.
Before the pointing work began, every brick joint and limestone joint on the façade was ground down using a grinding machine. The surface was then vacuumed clean and washed with a hose to clear out all dust and debris. Once the prep was done, waterproof cement was applied throughout to seal and protect the joints from moisture.
Working top to bottom gave the crew a clean, controlled workflow across the entire face of the building. The end result is a structurally sound façade with consistent, weather-resistant pointing that matches the character of the original masonry.
